Most recently co-founded and served as COO of Dogwood Commercial (2019-2023), scaling the integrated brokerage and investment platform from 10 to 75 professionals across Dallas-Fort Worth.
Built and led operations for a $2.5B mixed-use real estate portfolio spanning 2 million square feet and 100+ employees. Established scalable systems, turned around distressed assets, and created frameworks that reduced operational friction while preserving entrepreneurial momentum.
